Andy Sample

Operations Manager

Andy Sample is the new Operations Manager of the Boeing Center at the Olin Business School.  He earned his B.A. in Communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.  After a thirteen year career as a production coordinator and project manager with a media company in Dallas where he handled logistics for several cable series, live broadcasts and commercials, Andy decided it was time for a change of scenery (and weather) and moved to St. Louis.  He joined the Dean’s staff as the Faculty Recruiting Coordinator at Wash U’s Olin Business School the fall of 2013 where he successfully managed the school’s faculty recruiting efforts through two recruiting seasons averaging seventy on-campus interviews per year Additionally, for the last ten years Andy has been a board member and managing secretary of a non-profit charity focused on promoting educational excellence in Missouri.
When he isn’t organizing events or showing new faculty around the Wash U campus Andy enjoys playing jazz and performs regularly with a local 18 piece jazz orchestra.  He will be coordinating our events this year, so feel free to reach out to him for RSVPs and logistical considerations.  You can reach him at sample@wustl.edu

Evan Dalton

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Evan is a rabid Colts and Pacers fan.  Nevertheless, he moved to enemy territory (read:  Massachusetts) to obtain his bachelor's degree in graphic design from the College of the Holy Cross.  He then moved down to Belize, where he was a member of the faculty and upper administration at St. John's College for four years.  He taught philosophy and digital marketing courses, designed the curriculum for the commercial graphic design major program, and developed and taught a hybrid I.T. course.  As the Webmaster, he developed SJC's website and social media network.  And as the Student Life Coordinator, he organized and executed all extracurricular activities for the school, supervised all student clubs, and established an intramural sports program (complete with an awesome trophy).  He also coached the men's basketball team to the national championship.

After earning his master's degree in Organization Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia (with a thesis on technology and pedagogy in higher education), Evan moved to St. Louis for the delicious BBQ.  He is also the owner of a digital marketing company called Redlyne Design and the co-owner of Acme Import and Export, LLC.  His interests include motorcycling, black & white photography, live music, sports, and eating entirely too much pizza.

Mr. Dalton is in charge of our digital marketing strategy and social media network.
