Olin Mentor Programs

The Olin Business School offers four mentor programs for BSBA undergraduate students to participate in. In each program, an Olin student is paired with an established, successful businessperson. Participation in the program will enhance the personal and professional development of selected students. Students will also gain a greater understanding of the workplace and business through interactions with their mentor.

The mentor may not reside in the St. Louis area and much of the mentoring relationship is conducted via email, Skype or during academic breaks. The Regional Business Council’s Mentor Network

The Regional Business Council (RBC) is a unique organization. Representing 100 business leaders, the Council's member companies collectively employ more than 120,000 associates and generate more than $65 billion in annual revenue.

Mentor Network: Every academic year, business and engineering students are hand-select based on criteria that includes academic performance, leadership outside the classroom and willingness to stay and work in the St. Louis business community. These students are then individually paired with a CEO or top executive of an RBC company to receive practical, “real world” knowledge and post-graduate opportunities.

Students applying for this program should have an interest in living and working in the St. Louis region upon graduation and must commit to participating for two semesters. Coming Soon. Resumes must be submitted with application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Send application and resume to your University Liaison at CorporateRelations@Olin.wustl.edu.
