Mission
The Career Advocacy Board is a group of students who act as liaisons between the Students the WCC for effective two-way communication.
Our commitment to our MBA classmates is this:
The CAB is committed to understanding and advocating for student’s needs and concerns in the ever-changing career and recruitment market.
The CAB is committed to the continued improvement of professional service offerings and service design that effectively and satisfactorily meet student needs.
The CAB is committed to assist in the coordination with and advocating for student-run
professional organizations for WCC support.
The CAB is committed to pioneering these initiatives through evidence-based insights.
The CAB is committed to coordinating with the WCC to support their messaging and
ensure students are aware of what the WCC does and what resources are available.
This year we have an incredible team of 2nd year board members including; Vanessa Redensek, Radhika Vasudeo, Yukti Malhotra, Jeff Brown, Audrey Wang, Aditi Badrinarayan, and Divya Venkataramu. Each of us are fully committed to working together toward continuous improvement in career services, and we encourage you to be a part of our initiative. To enable our objective of effective-two-way communication throughout the year, we will host regular focus groups and offer an option of digital feedback, through a link we will soon provide. For now, we simply invite you to get to know us and to get as involved in the WCC as you’re able. We welcome you to reach out to any of us for advice or ideas.
