Better Together: Olin CRM of the Future

As we consider Olin’s strategic plan, an underpinning of our future growth will hinge on making sound, data-driven decisions for the betterment of the school. To that end, Olin is undertaking an extensive project to deliver a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to connect critical functional areas. A unified CRM platform will allow us to manage our most critical constituent information while improving our relationships with prospective, admitted, and enrolled students, external stakeholders, employers, corporations, business partners, and friends of Olin. It will allow us to be more responsive, more engaged, and more accountable — to ourselves and our constituents.

This project will connect and coordinate our efforts as a school, as we gain valuable data and realize efficiencies in our operations. In support of this effort, I have assigned a CRM Project Team to assist with all aspects of implementation and ongoing service to the departments that will be part of the unified CRM system. Led by Keli Jackson, project manager, and Dannette Hutton, project analyst, the CRM team will work closely with the Olin community to deliver solutions for each department’s unique needs, with the charge of meeting the school’s overall operational and strategic goals. In the coming weeks, a CRM platform will be selected and implementation will begin in earnest, beginning with Graduate Admissions.

We know that we are better together; I ask for your full support, participation, and insight as we work toward a unified solution for the good of Olin.
